A dilemma to prove we're all only human.

At what point in life does change become regression? Ultimately, the decisions we make in our lives affect nobody but ourselves. (Mind you, I think this on a walk across a parking lot and nearly gasp as a mini-SUV slams it's brakes, forgiving of my life and limbs.)
